If Hopkins beats Pavlik Calzaghe's stock definately rises dramatically. It would show that Hopkins still has enough in the tank to beat a hungry young champion and that Joe's win could not be attributed to BHop being old and spent. I don't see it happening though, I got Pavlik outworking Hops to a UD.

I think so, but if The Ghost knocks out or convincingly beats hopkins then CalSlappy better fight Pav.......but i doubt it cuz he'd be too scared after that....

his stock would not rise because he did not look good in that fight. hopkins is already ahead of pavlik in p4p so a win shouldn't change much. there would just be less demands for him to fight pavlik and more for dawson.

THis is incorrect. If you think that Calzaghe's stock does not benefit from BHop beating a prime young MW champ the fight after Joe managed to beat him you are insane.
