Since Margarito is the #1 rated WW, would he be the favorite in a Williams rematch?

Williams should be the no1 ranked Welterweight and should be favourite considering he already beat Tony.

But I can imagine the bookies making Tony a favourite.

invincible? i wouldn't go that far I love Cotto but he was hardly godlike especially when he was at 140lbs, he was doing as many wobbles as Amir Khan.

hell no. williams is the favorite, though margarito might be #1 right now because he hasn't lost since losing to williams, but margarito isn't the champ at 147 yet.

i think the past fight will be irrelevant in the rematch if there is one. beating cotto and the way he did will give marg so much strength and a great impetus to beat williams. i think marg would beat him as well, the way williams lost to quintana says alot to me

Williams and Marg are both huge welters, they'll probably beat anybody in that weight class just for the fact that there so much bigger then anyone in that weight class. So, these big bitches should fight each other in a re-match.

I doubt it I think PWIll will remain the favorite. Weird though after Marg beat Cintron in their first match, Cintron remained the fav in the rematch...
