HOW COULD A MAN WHO COULD DO THAT AT ONE POINT NOT BECOME A SUPERSTAR? I had boxrec driven mysteries ahahha.

And thanks D, I really enjoy obscure topics anyway. Its alot more interesting than constant blast of Cotto, Mayweather, Margarito and the like.
You know that youtube clip is going to break my heart five different times!

No, to be fair... that was quick and slick Winky Wright, who... IMO, wouldn't have amounted to near as much as he has had he not adopted the style he uses now starting in the Vargas fight.

I think blocking guard Wright would beat Vasquez, because a lot of the knockdowns came when Wright was not covering his face... which is like... never with his new style. Those knockdowns came from flush punches. It is always desirable to have your hands up when you are fighting an absolutely murderous puncher.

Totally agree with that. Any other version of Wright beats Vasquez. Speaking of mysterious fights, you know anything about the su****iously close first fight between Winky and McKart or the DQ win over McKart? I cant find **** on it, D.

Winky-McKart I was the slick Winky just boxing him...

Winky-McKart II was his guard style, and it was less close.

Winky-McKart III was one of the biggest outclassings of Wright's career, and McKart hit him low so many times that he had 5 points taken off... at that point, McKart just walked off when the referee asked him if he wanted to fight... I think it should have been a RTD or TKO officially, but... whatever, DQ works just the same.

I have 2 and 3 on my computer, but I cannot, for the life of me, find Winky-McKart I.
