Peter is very dumb,

in one interview he called Vitali a very good fighter then a couple of sentences later he said Vitali was a bum

I don't think Sam Peter is just trash-talking, I think he might be a dumb ass... This guy shows no respect towards vitali at all, yet vitali shows mad respect to a horrible boxer such as peter.
