The question wasn't about which overmatched opponent is better than the other, the question is which mismatch is the worst respectively.

Respective to opposition, Cotto vs. Gomez was the biggest mismatch because of how good Gomez looked against a shot Gatti.

I don't know. Gomez isn't that slick, but he seemed to have some good movement in places against Gatti and Tackie. D-rod got shut out and TKOd by Feliciano, but Gomez managed to go 1-1-1 with him and those fights were all close apperently.

the loss was a bad d....commentators had gpmez winning 2 rounds more.....id say the draw was the closest fight....and lets face it, gomez was toying eith feliciano till jesse landed that bomb that took gomez's legs....

gomez is easily the best fighter of the three cannon fodders...

Beating Peter Manfredo at Middleweight is one. Getting 1-1-1 with Jesse Ferguson is another I guess since Johnson went life and death with Diaz and Diaz was beaten soundly by Drod, who got KOd by Ferguson.

Gomez being a lot younger too helps.
