i think at some point he will return...

i think this is a tactic by floyd to gain even MORE attention and an even BIGGER payday...he makes it seem as if he's done...but then watch...all of the sudden floyd will return and take on the "challenger" role...acting as if he's making a "comeback"...

this will draw even more people in with interest to see if "floyd can return to the top"...

more PPV buys...more big caliber fights; etc...

all to line his pockets and cement his legacy (not in boxing overall but with the fans)...

thats my opinon...i could be off...

but i know he will return for one reason or another...

i have a hard time seeing the BEST in the world never coming back...


as far as barry sanders goes...he did play on a bad team...but the reason sanders is gone is because he had the most respect in the world for walter payton and he didnt want to break the career rushing yards record (set by payton) out of respect.

floyd retired for what i think is a tactic to comeback and make even MORE money and gain MORE fame...
