Manny first time going up into another rather large weight class from his previous, and against a guy who already filled out the class. In Oscar's case, he filled it out and beyond. Obviously we know the details on Oscar being bigger than Manny. But we also knew some of that when Manny was about to face Morales. But the way it played out I mean. To answer your question. I don't think Pac will be that competitive.

I think Morales's jab took Pac to school all night in their first fight. All he had to use that night was his jab. Clearly Morales should have retired after his next fight, a clear loss to a contender. It was just a sign of a washed up tired Morales. Anywayz I think Oscar will do the same, keeping the Mexican Assasin at bay in the earlier rounds, getting him tired, then go for the Kill in the championship rounds. At least I hope that's how it plans out, DLH should have some respect for Pac since he is the smaller fighter....

Just a brawler
Was cut over the right eye bad
Had terrible execution of his punches
3 types of punches (jab, left hook, left straight)
No Latteral movement

Manny is a very different fighter now and against a very different opponent.

I mean he isn`t the same

Now Manny has proven that he can out fight JMM compared to his fight with JMM 4 years ago.
Can box
His balance isnt as bad as it used to be
Has way more types of punches now (Right hook, right uppercut, left straight, left hook, left uppercut and the jab)
Has a much better defence now (Marquez used to land on Mannys face flush)
Has latteral movement

and hes going to fight a guy who...

Can`t pull the trigger (unlike Morales)
Has a better jab than Morales
Has much more power
Has bad stamina for a fighter
Extremely frail for his weight class (OMG Steve Forbes broke his face)
and doesn`t have an effective right hand.

So its going to be a completely different fight.
