    high altitude training really helps .... what a monster will PAC be if he go HIGH!!

      Actually the effects of high altitude training only last for about 3-4 days once you change enviroments then once your body gets acclimated to your new surroundings (ie Vegas) then it adjusts accordingly. While it seemingly helps guys like JMM it also did little or no good for guys like Vargas and DLH who both bought complexes in Big Bear and then sold them.

      stamina, IMO, is like chin either you have it or you don't

        No. High altitude training improves your heamatochrit (spelling) level (red blood cells). The effect is better oxygenintake at lower altitudes. The effect usually lasts 2-3 weeks.

        Same effect can be gained artificially (read illegally).

                Hemoglobin I believe is the word, but right idea, the red blood cells get increased to make up for the lower oxygen level at the higher altitude

                same reason runners train in Colorado, for example.
