Juanma vs. Vazquez unification
Rafa Marquez vs. Bernabe Concepcion WBC title eliminator
undercard
Raul Martinez (Mex-American) vs. Nonito Donaire or Brian Viloria (Fil-American)
Izzy and Rafa deserve money fights, but they won't find a guaranteed money fights in bantam and feather unless it's against each other.
This set-up might be a bit more dangerous than fighting each other, but they have experience on their side against these young guns. This set-up also corners four fan-bases Puerto-Rico, Mexico, the Philippines and in the case of Martinez and Viloria which are Mexican-American and Filipino-American respectively, the US fans.
If this would be PPV, Marquez and Vazquez gets the lion's share of the PPV earnings making this a "money fight" for the two who definitely deserve to be given their due. If both win against their opponents, this sets up an even bigger Vazquez vs. Marquez 4. If both loses, they pass the torch to the next generation and Vazquez Marquez 4 would still sell. Vazquez loses, he can opt for a rematch with Juanma which could be another PPV. If, Marquez loses, superbantam champs like Molitor and Caballero would still be dying to have a shot at him, and there's also Arce as an option.
Now, would this card be PPV material, would this pose problems to put up, give me your views and what do you think would be needed to make this a bigger event..venue, undercard fights etc.
