A couple of months ago he said he might fight once or twice more only, few weeks ago that he wants to fight on for a few more years yet. Now just recently he's saying I'd be a fool to retire. Then in the same week, that if he lost he'd probably retire.

i still have my doubts that at this point of his career that Hatton is at that Floyd Sr will really be able to make him into more of a technical fighter. Thats just not who Hatton is and when he is in trouble if a fight i see him going back to the tough rough fighting that he does because thats what he's used to and was obviously very comfortable with.
well hatton needs the defense and has to be commited to it if he wants to have some longevity.
