Can a MMA guy explain to me what's with the flab on Fedor's belly? How does it help him? Cushioning against punches? Extra weight to help him in the grappling part of the game? Or is he just lazy in his physical conditioning?

MMA conditioning doesn't really matter. They usually on the ground wrestling or fight ends under 2 rounds usually. No point of being extremely fit

I wouldn't say he's flabby. He's just not toned. He strength trains more then weight lifts. Working out and sparing also helps with the training.

Now Roy Nelson, that guy is a flabby ****.

I never fought MMA in my life, But I sure do love a wrestling match and I know how much that can take out of you.

Depends if Tyson land within the 10 second gap he has between standing up and being taken down then he could win but once Fedor takes it to the ground it's end game.

I was just posting since that was the first one I looked at. It worked out since they were both getting ready to engage each other and the other guy landed first. It just so happened that Fedor was on ***** street from it. Although if that guy hurt him that badly with one punch, I do wonder what Tyson would do to him.
