MMA would be more controlled fight with patience and skills coming involved, In the street anything goes. Tyson woulds a barrage with his bare hands not gloves he would hurt Fedor bad and finish him. If somehow Tyson got on top when he knock down Fedor and punches him in the head like MMA fighters do to down fighters he would be able to kill Fedor with his bare hands
