A HL for some of those people commenting who have probably never watch a single fight of his.

I'm a mma fan since PRIDE----you know nothing about Fedor....he reaches with looping punches and would easily be caught by Mike Tyson...but I give Fedor a chance in the streets regardless.

I say the guys who has...

        a. the bigger better gun
        b. more people
        c. all of the above

btw, if anyone knows anything. It's that Fedor needs just one hip toss to win. Getting Judo thrown onto cement ain't exaclty...pleasent...and with Fedor, it wouldn't be very hard to do.

There is a reason why Fedor gets away with his atrocious striking---heavyweights are so concerned with his ground game they forget the guy does have power in his hands---his opponents need to know his stand-up is GARBAGE!!!!! I seriously would pay Anderson Silva to fight Fedor.

He bit a mans ear off on national TV that tells all. Even if Fedor gets him on the ground do u really think Tyson wouldn't eye gouge, rips his balls off or bite his face. Tyson iN a no-rules street fight would win EVERY TIME
You got a good scenario. This would probably play out true.

Who knows. You could argue Fedor because he has ground training but Tyson is a maniac so if he had no rules I can only imagine the damage he could do.

Combat Sambo was not "created". Do a history check chief. Mostly an offshoot of Judo and Aikido with the Aikido parts mostly being discarded.

LOL@the the bull**** you're trying to sell.

                ALL HAIL KANO.
Lots of martial arts were explored, not just well established ones like Judo, Jiu jitsu, boxing, etc but indigenous martial arts from all over. The practicle aspects were kept the ones that weren't were discarded, similar to Krav Maga.

"Sambo has its roots in Japanese judo and traditional folk styles of wrestling such as Armenian Koch, Georgian Chidaoba, Romanian Trîntǎ, Tatar Köräş, Uzbek Kurash, Mongolian Khapsagay and Azerbaijani Gulesh."

Victor Spiridonov & Vasili Oshchepkov didn't "create it" after WWI? Oh i see, Sambo is just Aikido & Judo, thanks for letting me know.
