One of the reasons is because Muhammad fought at light heavyweight at a time when it was at its peak, and because his longevity there and defended his WBC title about 10 times if i am remembering correctly, and was often involved in fight of the year candidates. He was one of those fighters that would get a beating from over half of the fight, and then come back to win by stoppage. Tua's accomplishments doesn't nearly stack up to this, but he beat some pretty decent fighters however i wouldn't put him in the hall of fame. It seemed to me that he was satisfied by being a contender, because after Ibeabuchi he didn't really train properly and i didn't see the hunger that i seen in him pre Ike.
