Juanma KOs Marquez and possibly Vasquez

Just watched Juanma's fight from last night afew times, and damn...This kid needs a serious challenge because what he does with such little effort to these "non"skilled guys is brutal and scary. Like one of the commentators mentioned, he doesn't even engage into a slugfest and these brutal KOs come. Against Ponce and this guy from last night, he simply stayed calm and saw an opening, took it, and it was lights out. Personally, I don't think Marquez can take his punch. Vasquez rocked Marquez numerous times and I don't think Vasquez has this 1 punch KO power like Juanma. Juanma lands on Marquez and it's over. Now Vasquez's chin isn't that great, but he doesn't get as rocked badly as Marquez does. If Vasquez goes down, he goes down immediately and might even get up ok. But Marquez usually is rocked before getting dropped. I think Juanma can brutalize either fighter, especially at this point in their careers after the wars they had.

Yes he can. I think Marquez could be tougher for Juanma than Izzy. Despite Rafa has a less solid chin than Izzy, his skills could be more problematic for Juanma than -the relative easy to hit- Vasquez. He'll beat Izzy by 2009.

I'm going with both Marquez and Vasquez based on what I've seen so far. Now they both may come back next year and be so shot from beating on each other and I'll go with Juanma, but just based on what they've done; gotta go with Vasquez and Marquez over Juanma right now

You have a point, Izzzy and Rafa are much better than Ponce De Leon. I also think Ponce de De Leon has a better chin than both of them, same power but less skilled. I hope one of them accept the challenge and we'll see.

I agree Pacman. I think Lopez is the real thing. His last fight didn't do much to change my opinion of him even though he looked impressive in knocking out his opponent. The kid can fight and he fights the right way.

marquez's skills are more of a problem...and the fact that marquez has a badass right hand...which is difficult for southpaws...a prime marquez beats him IMO...now vazquez..he needs to walk inside.....after the marquez wars, i think he gets destroyed.....but maybe he can surprise me if this fight ever happpens...

Some bum? It took Ponce 6 rds to TKO him. It took Humberto Soto 7 rds to TKO him. It took Robert Guerro 4 rds to TKO him. So he's proven he loses to world class opposition, except Lopez KOed him easier than the aforementioned. Ok so ****, he makes decent comp look terrible. Let's see him against the elite already otherwise you guys are never gonna say he's ready because I think he KO1 the world of less competition until someone of the elite finally faces him. I still stand by what he'll do to either Vasquez or Marquez.
