people were pretty calm at Ringside... had they heard him yellin and bitchin.. someone woulda probably went over to him and slapped him to reality.

Dawg seriously, the whole time he was talking as if Tsukan was actually going to die. Every other sentence, " The last time a fighter died in the ring..... " the next day I keep on checking the news just to see if he was ok. F u c k e r got all paranoid and ****

levander johnson didnt die the next day. it took them 2 months to know if oscar diaz was going to be okay. He was concerned for the fighter, like atlas in the campbell vs quiles fight. They have been around the sport so they know how things can go wrong

I laughed much harder when Merchant came out about his love for Shane Mosley. "SHANE MOSLEY, I LOVE YOU!!!" You could even hear the crew laughing it was so funny.

How can you not? The fact that he freaks the **** out at the smallest thing generates some excitement for sure.

I do get kind of irritated how he seems to think that every single landed punch "HAS WRIGHT HURT BADLY!"

I've seen it more than once when he got hit, and Lampley freaked the **** out, and then Wright threw back a flurry. I know one of them was in the Taylor fight (go ****ing figure), but I can't remember where the other was.
              Me too.

What he said in round 12 of Pacquiao/Morales was legendary.

                Um no...

He was 5 feet from a guy getting hit flush with shots unlike you and me who were sitting confortably at home. He has seen people get killed from this sport up close and personal, so it is rather pathetic that you actually laughed at his honest to god concern for a fighters well being.

i laughed at Lennox Lewis' quote more when he was reffering to the elbow landed on Gamboa "my trainer always used to tell me to throw elbows because if you did it and the ref didnt see it you got away with it and if you did it and the ref saw it he warns you and you got away with it"

I give Lewis credit for honesty. Foreman would always act like fouls were so bad, saying some ridiculous things after Mosley beat Shannon Taylor (Foreman was probably still mad at Shane for beating his boy Oscar).

Yeah George, we saw that you were always the cleanest guy in there.
