I can't stand when Marg's haters discredit him for winning against Cotto because of his height.
Boxing is all about making the scale, so if a 7 foot tall man can make 147lbs then why not?
Since when welterweight have to be 5'9" or shorter?
Example: Erik Morales was one of the best 122 of all time, if not the best because Erik standing at 5'8" with a long reach and great chin, he was slaughtering everybody @ Super bantam.
Margarito can also dominate 147 like Morales dominated 122 and can cement himself as of the best WW's ever.
But it doesn't mean that he can go up and dominates higher divisions in the same fashion. Also, the way boxing is being promoted and fighters ducking other fighters, it may be difficult for Marg's to show his full potential. It's too bad because he is an exciting fighter like Erik was.
