Really? So a talented division like SMW doesn't have fighters who are willing to face Froch? He brings an undefeated record and a high ranking with most major sactioning bodies, I hardly call running you mouth trying to establish anything. He's had no loss of words about Calzaghe and who that actually knows boxing thinks he stands a living chance against him? Froch is a high risk low reward fight and thats why most of the names at SMW don't want much of him. Inkin pulled out twice, but somehow gets a title shot before Carl...

From what I have seen of Froch he is a protected fighter with limited abilities. He would lose to any of the top guys at 168. Taylor would destroy him - I would like to see it happen.

I am one of Carls biggest fans on this forum, but I do see Taylor beating him. Not sure about it being a destruction though.

You're right, he does have limited abilities, but the man can punch and undoubtedly that power scares alot of the others at SMW. People often rip into Froch's actual boxing ability, however it is worth remembering that he is a world championship bronze medalist and his boxing is often underrated. Lets see how he does against Pascal; that fight will be a good indicator of how far he will go at SMW.

He is one guy that deserves to be KO'd, he has his hand low like Roy bu doesn't have half the speed or reflexes like Roy does. He has power and an untested (but sturdy so far) chin.

Froch will probably beat Pascal, is and will become more so, a top 3 SMW, some believe the best. I reckon Kessler would just take him but theres some interesting competitve fights in the division. Still behind the J man though.
