I actually thought that Berto would win a disputed decision over Forbes, but he dominated him and even looked better than Oscar did. I think he could do well at welterweight, but i can't see him beating Margarito, Williams, Cotto or Clottey, so fighting smaller champions could do him well at this point.

isnt that always the angle they use? and i know having a 1-1 ledger usually means a 3rd bout BUT you dont earn that 3rd bout by getting KTFO in the 1st round of a rematch
