I didnt enjoy the fight to much..There were times i reckon if Jones stepped it
up a notch he would of gotten Ruiz out of there..

Not really.

No offense...but Ruiz wasn't worth it. After gaining all that muscle and having to lose it quickly in ordr to face Tarver RJJ fell apart. Ruiz just wasn't worth it...good win GREAT for his legecy but not worth it.

I agree.

I wouldn't have minded Jones fighting Toney in a rematch for the CW title and then go back to LHW to fight Tarver, the weight loss wouldn't have been as 'extreme'.

There was no way that Jones was going to fight Lewis or Vitali so the short trip to the heavyweight division was pretty much meaningless.

I do rate the Ruiz win but it's not a great win by any means, maybe a great achievement.

Jones could've gotten rid of quite a few opponents but he rarely chose to.
