Martinez is a legitimate contender, but those odds are way out of line. Both of them are 33. Bunema IMO is the superior athlete, and there is no doubt that he has never been in better form. If you think Bunema has at least an even chance (like I do), take the bet.

Isn't Bunema the same guy that KO'ed Karmazin? If so I thought he would be the favorite.

Yes he is, and in his last fight he KO'd Walter Mathyesse impressively. He seems like someone who has finally put it together late in his career.

Yea i was watching some youtube videos of Martinez and he looks pretty good, but no better then Karmazin. Im still very surprised by those odds, i think im gonna place a bet on Bunema

I watched Bunema lose a decision at the United Center in Chicago to some Robert Karmya dude.
It would be hard for me to bet on Bunema after that.

Bunema looked very good against Karmazin (but Karmazin looked weak and unfocused)

All said for me, the bet doesn't look as appealing as it should.

The only thing is that Martinez hasn't really fought anyone really good.

He fought Margarito. Fought a good fight but got stopped in 7 rounds.

and that loss to Karmya was back in 2005. He took a 2 year break from the sport, came back in 2007, and has put together 4 straight stoppage victories. Mathysse by KO in 6, and Karmazin by KO in 10. Both great wins.

I agree tht Karmazin looked a little spent though.
