Probably Trinidad, I am not so sure about that illegal hand wrapping thing, but he has a lot of power in both hands, and he has used it on more quality opponents.

Cintron hasn't really proved it in world class company.

That said unless you were Margarito you wouldn't want Cintron to land clean on you if you were any other welterweight in the world. He'll be super avoided.
