i know it should be, but i've been thinking about this fight for a long a time and, for some reason, i just keep imagining winky somehow managing to steal a decision. it's been bothering me so i posted the poll to get other people's opinions.

btw, thanks for the votes and the posts.

I have much respect for Winky, but those who can remember Roy when he was a middleweight now that he was just in a different league.

No offense but that really doesn't mean much. Jones went to heavyweight, so that means he could beat everyone at middleweight? Wright has ability to neutralize Jones's speed, and the main key to speed fighters are consistent uses of the jab, and Wright has an excellent one and he is also a southpaw, which really spells trouble for Jones. I see him out working Wright by an extremely close decision due to his naturally bigger size and strength, but he would have to go through absolute hell to do it. A technically sound fighter like Winky would be hell for any speed fighter, just as in the Mosley fight.

12 decision for Roy. Winky has a good enough chin and well rounded enough that Roy will respect what Winky has to offer so he'll fight cautious too. A borring 12 round one sided fight maybe 9-3. Assuming this is the Winky after Vasquez with guard high and not the Winky before Vasquez who thought he had great power, chin to beat a fighter like Vasquez if its this one then he could get ko'd by Jones as he'd force Jones to apply the power.
