If PW didn't lose that first Match against Quintana then I would of put it a tie. Right now the way I see it is Margs ontop with Cotto behind and then PW.

But he avenge it via round 1 KO and Margarito didn't avenge his defeat against Paul.

I'll still put Margs and Paul as tie at number 1.

Margarito has more solid names on his resume, but the fact that Williams beat him already, makes it difficult to decide. When they get back into the ring, we can make judgment from there.

Margarito is number one, I don't see how it's debatable. I still think Cotto and Williams are interchangeable at 2 and 3.

Williams lost to a guy thats not a top 5 WW. You can say that he avenged it all you want, but he has a BAD loss on his record. Margarito beat the (pretty much) undisputed #1 WW. And Cotto has faced much better competition than Williams. Although Williams did beat Margarito....it's really tough, but I think Margs is clearly #1 and I don't have a problem with Cotto and Pwill being at 2 or 3.
