As a huge Vic fan, I hate to say this too but I fully agree.

I'm sorry but I don't see this happening. Nothing against Darchinyan but I don't want to see him go out like Mayorga talking nonsense he can't back up.

And every punch in the book aswell. He should save room for those.

Even if this plays out like everyone expects and vic loses, its still going to be a hell of a fight. It would be intersting to see if mijares will slow the offense to avoid getting caught.

Mijares and Darchinyan are fighting in the very first 115-pound World Championship Unification. [details]
of course this will be long after the fight when vic awakens, drives out to mijares's house, and remains parked outside in his driveway for over three weeks, night and day, screaming " i was no hurt. it was no knockdown. you fight me again?!?" everytime mijares goes to get the mail.

"ok.... sure buddy. you win. i surrender....."

everything saying Vic's got no chance - I pretty much agree.

however, i give big credit to the guy and his camp for taking this fight. at least he has the balls to take on a very risky fight. he could have easily boxed lesser accomplished fighters, but he don't want any part of that.

thanks for putting your hand up and i'll look forward to the fight.
