Being honest It could go either way Haye can knock people out but can himself be KO'd because of his chin (its ok but not amazing) However the fanboy in me says Haye will will by KO in the middle to later rounds.

haye will win but it might be a boring fight if haye is very defensive, unless haye is aggressive in which case haye might get knocked down a few times.
