Just to point out that Adamek's performance was not as disgraceful as you made out.

Although Dawson struggled in those last three rounds, Dawson was still fighting back and hurting Adamek. In the end of the 11th round Dawson landed a counter-right hook that had Adamek reeling.

The Dawson myth will be exposed as fiction in this fight against Tarver. Really, this dude has been way overhyped.

Tarver doesn't have the workrate to beat Dawson.

Dawson will win a UD, maybe stop tarver late.

Tarver has a chance of catching dawson with something big though.

Tarver will catch Dawson for sure....Dawson is very chinny and easy to hit

I gurantee Dawson will get hurt and dropped in this fight...he's been dropped and hurt bad in all 3 of his biggest fights (Johnson, Adamek, Harding).

Tarver is old and past his prime, but I think he still has enough left in the tank to KO the overrated vulnerable Dawson.

You may see it as myth, but lets be honest here, Dawson did bring some life back to the LHW division, because hardly anybody was talking about the LHW division until Dawson became champion. And from what I've seen he is the real deal.

Now if Dawson were to lose, then I'll take back everything I say about him. But the LHW division will ALSO take a step back, because nobody really thought highly of Antonio Tarver, Glen Johnson, and a lot of the other top LHW's. Hardly any of them are in the P4P list, except for Calzaghe and Hopkins. What the LHW division needs and what boxing needs in general is somebody new, fresh, and really good such as Dawson. I mean do you know how much flack Tarver gets in this forum? And from what I've seen, some of the flack Taver gets is credible, just too inconsistent. It's very hard to root for a top fighter that doesn't bring it 100% all the time such as Hopkins and many other top fighters, but they also have been regressing in skill level too. It's time somebody exposes them for that, because they shouldn't be fighting this long without being exposed. And only a young up and comer can do that.

Where his chin is weak, His heart and toughness got him through and he won the fights. He deserves more credit for that.

I feel Dawson will pass this test.

If Dawson loses the division does go to hell, but that's not because Tarver, Johnson, Calzaghe and Hopkins are bad, it is because they are old as ****.

I just seriously think that Dawson has no chin, and gets hit way too much for a fighter who fights in his style. He's supposed to be a slick southpaw who can outbox someone, but Johnson kept hitting and hurting him with almost everything he threw. There is something wrong when a really old Glen Johnson is consistently beating you up in a fight when you are in your mid 20s and supposed to be the next big thing in the division for the upcoming years.

Tarver is slick, a good defender, and can send people to hell with his left hand. I don't see this ending well for Chad Dawson.

Tarver is also old, past his prime, and tires in his most recent fights. His only chance in the fight is to land that big left hand, otherwise he gets outworked through 12.

I do agree though Dawson needs to work on his D.
