Based on recent history when lineage is broken you have the right to make any fight a linear one like you did.

But in real life, that's not the case, is it? Because in real life we WATCH fights and we stay abreast of what's going on, no?

So in real life we know that Dariusz was given 30 days to decide whether he wanted to keep the belts claimed from Hill. From there he would have 90 days to defend it. The WBO offered the same thing and he accepted.

Was it because he sought challenges? Hmmm...let's see. His WBO mandatory was the terribly pathetic Nicky Piper. Yup, that's the guy he had to defend against. Now who was the other mandatory?? Lou Del Valle. The same Del Valle who lost a controversial decision to Hill in Hill's home state. The same Del Valle who became the first person to drop Hill.

And so while Del Valle was ignored, Hill got the close decision and then went on to defeat Maske. Gee...wonder why Dariusz didn't want to fight Del Valle and thought Piper was tougher? I mean, Jones was given the SAME mandate against the SAME Del Valle and fought him...in 83 days.
