Hatton has only been on one US PPV ever, and that was against the #1 P4P fighter. The only PPV Paulie was on did poor business with a very popular fighter (Cotto). HBO is doing the smart thing here, and being in between the Calzaghe-Jones and DLH-Pacquiao PPV's there wasn't really any choice.

It wasn't originially...It was supposed to be on October 11th PPV. Then Hopkins-Pavlik was made.

It would have gotten crushed by Showtime too so they pulled it. That and Calzaghe Jones was originally the 20th so that was supposed to go down.

maybe because hattons last fight was very boring and the fight might be boring cuase this is a bad match up both have an ugly style paulie awkward footwork now power in his punches, and hatton holding and rushing.

hatton looked like crap against lazacno to be honest.

you thought Hatton v Lazcano was boring ?

i thought it was one of Hatton's more entertaining fights post Tszyu,Collazo

Except for the 2 minute breather the ref gave Hatton to tie his shoes

yup man It was boring cause lazcano lacked power he kept hitting hatton and even wobbling him with the same check hook floyd jr did but he couldnt put him out.

not much holding in the fight but hatton didnt look good not the same intensity he was known for.

his last great performance was against floyd jr seems hatton only gets up for the big names.
