I think Pacquiao will beat DLH thread

With all the whining about this fight does anyone else think DLH will lose? Pacquiao is still at the top of his game(or to many is the #1 P4P fighter in the world), last time I checked he isnt fighting DLH in his prime, but rather one thats career is almost finished. If anyone watched Mosley fight this weekend, or DLH recently, they can see these guys arent what they used to be!

In Vegas Pacquio is just +135 or so, to put that in prospective Hopkins is +300 something vs Pavlik and I think he is moving down weight

      agreeed

DLH is bigger. I am a believer that speed can overcome size nd strength. This fight is about money, but i do beleiver there is a probable chance that it is a close fight.

call me crazy but I think Pacman is going to win this. My reasoning might be a bit flawed, but Oscar couldn't hurt Stevie Forbes, who granted has better defense but Pac has a good chin. I think his speed is going to be huge in this fight, plus he's a southpaw. In addition, I think Pacquiao's power is going to be underrated. I think he's still going to have a lot of pop on his punches and he will stun oscar on several occasions!

nobody thinks DLH will win cuz he's better; he clearly ain't. Pac is just too goddamn little for him.

If there was any sport where weird **** tends to happen, its boxing…as easy as it looks for DLH to handle/KO Manny, he still needs to go in there and do it…and I’d be damned if I saw a DLH pressing for an early KO and gassing out in the process…if that happens, it could become target practice for the smaller, quicker, younger fighter

ive said Pacquiao will win for a couple months now even before it was "oficially" announced. like ive said plenty of times already i just think Pacquiao's speed and stamina will be too much DLH who is obviously near the end of his career and i agree with Roach when he says that DLH really cant pull the trigger anymore. Pacquiao as long as he doesnt get too excited which will be difficult because thats who he is but if he doesnt get too excited when he lands a shot that stuns DLH and tries to knock him out then he will be ok. Pacquiao needs to come with the mentality that he will win this in the late rounds whether its by decision or knockout because he's just not gonna knockout DLH in the early rounds. DLH is too strong for him. No as long as Pacquiao looks to land his great combinations with his unorthadox angles and then retreat making DLH have to chase him then he will wear him out and get him one way or another in the late rounds. if at any point in the early rounds pacquiao gets too excited and tries to knockout DLH well its gonna be Pacquiao who gets KTFO!
