Should Williams be fighting at 154-160 instead of 147?

I think that if a guy can make weight(and he appears to do it comfortably) he should be allowed to fight at that weight class.
Still, I can see where others are coming from, as this guy is a half a foot taller than some of the other welterweights including 5 foot 8 Andre Berto and it doesn't seem like he's testing himself the way he would if he moved up.
    What do you think?

Should Margarito be fighting at 154
If he makes weights and is not affected by it, he should be fighting at that weight class. Since when is boxing determined by Height??

His height seems to bother people (and he seems to be about 6'3" not that reported 6'1") more than his weight does, but this point about fighting at 147 should be moot. He's lost now. He's not unbeatable. People just need to suck it up.

He will in the near future, so what does it matter? All boxers start off fighting at their lowest-possible effective weight.

He'll move up sooner or later, it's natural for him.

If he can make the weight without draining himself too bad then he belongs there.
