We all saw what happened in their fight. Lewis was past his prime come into the fight at record weight and was unmotivated and still was able to connect more punches and cut up Vitali like he did. Also we all saw what Lewis did to Golota. Don’t give me crap Golota wasn’t good. he gave Bowe the bashing of his life.

Lewis connected 46% of punches to Vitalis 36%
Lewis connected 43% of jabs to Vitali 32%
Lewis connected 49% of power punches to Vitalis 41%.

In my opinion a prime Lewis would stop Vitali inside 8 rounds.

Even in prime condition, Lennox wouldn't have the size and reach advantages he'd have over every other opponent. When you're fightin in an unusual posture it makes you tired regardless of your conditioning just cuz you're uncomfortable fightin in a way you ain't used to. And Lennox still had his power despite bein outta shape and Vitali took his best bombs without droppin. Aside from the nasty cut eye, in terms of staggering his guy, Vitali did more damage on Lennox's chin too. I'd mos def favor Lennox by KO, but I actually call this a toss up fight at both's respective bests .

I'm not sure about a KO, but I am pretty sure that a Prime Lewis would have beat Vitali. However, it wouldn't be easy. I think Klitschkos awkward style, size and toughness would have caused Lewis trouble at any stage of his career.
