Why would he need to shut up? Who has ever knocked Forbes out, or even down for that matter? Admittedly, he is wrong to be calling himself the best WW at the moment but that's what all boxers do. It's nothing unusual and he probably honestly thinks he is the best. Forbes was a good win for him. Apart from the first three or four rounds, half of which went to Berto, he basically pitched a shut out on Forbes. That's pretty good for any fighter.

williams fought quintanna in june a middlewight in september and might fight clottey in november even if he doesn't get the clottey fight he will still fight in november.margarito and cotto fought in july yet cotto is not going to fight again until february and we don't know when will margarito fight again.

One thing you must remember is that Pwill has the TV date already and several options of fights(Verno, Vernon, Winky, Abraham or Jennings). He just wants a good/big fight at WW. Clottey makes it a good fight, but not big. Clottey has nothing going for him but his belt; no TV date, he is 13th string to his promoter and no one to fight but his mandatory. He has never made 1 mill for a fight. Clottey needs to make the call as it is in his best interest.
