Shame Mosley Needs to pack it up

I know I'm not the only one that watches Shame fight and just shake your head at low he's fallen....he's got no skills at all.....the only reason that fight went on as long as it did is because you have two fighters who do nothing but just jump in and fight.....for 11 rounds all they did was run and bump into each other and smother each others punches...that's what happens when you put two one dimensional fighters in the ring with each other...

Shame is nothing more than a low down bar room brawler......that's why he always matches up with other one dimensional sluggers like David Estrada...he knows that when he has to fight real boxers his lack of real skills has led to him catchin some speed knots to the dome...

I blame Shames demise on Jin and Jack Mosley.......but he's a little punch drunk now so for the best interest of his family including little Shame Jr. I think daddy needs to hang up his gloves and try his hand at commentating for CBS....

I dont think this was a great showing for shane at all and maybe he should pack it up but look what Oscar did in his last fight.
Thats why I get on these dudes who always criticise Oscar because they just want a paycheck and they are doing the very thing they criticise him for doing.
Mayorga on the other hand looked pretty good....for Mayorga that is and I see him in some very marketable fights in the future.
But yeah Shane AND Oscar should let well enough alone and quit fighting right now.

I have to disagree with almost EVERYTHING you have said here.
Shane Mosley is far from one-dimensional...he is probably the greatest lightweight champion ever!
He is far from "punch drunk" and his father made him who he is.
By your comments you seem a little punch drunk yourself.

BTW...Shane TOTALLY clean out the division mostly by KO ....compare his record to anyones and you will understand why I said he is the greatest lightweight champion ever.

What do you consider a generation, one year? With this dude you have to look at the real facts.....

                    His best wins.......
2 verse Oscar (one of them suspect)
2 wins vs a Prime Fernando Vargas
1 Win over Phillip Holiday (What ever happened to him)
1 Win over a Prime Ricardo Mayorga......
1 Win over Louise Collaza.....Louise fought like a scared *****....and don't give me that broken hand BS...he was scared from the opening bell....

All of these wins were slugfests with the exception of the suspect win over Oscar where Oscar boxed most of the fight.....

                    His Losses
                    2 verse Vernon.....two boxing clinics
                    2 verse Winky......two boxing clinics
1 verse Cotta.......Even Cotta boxed in this one....

The best fighters of Shames* generation
                    Floyd
                    Roy
                    Evander
                    Lennox
                    Manny

I can name a few more others as well....top five no he's not....not even top 10 of this generation....Post Balco Shame* hasn't beaten one relevant fighter. As a matter of fact when Floyd offered him a fight he chose to go to the dentist and take his family to Wally World....
