I see JMM vs Paulie at 140 as a very possible match up.

If Paulie winz against Hatton why not? This would be a really good fight style wise I'd love to see it

Note: I'm not a fan of either but style wise I'd really want to see it. Don't know about you guyz but yeah

I gave it some thought. It'd be one of my dream fights

JMM don't need to go up that high.

he does this if he wants to beat another ring champion before he retires, but if hatton loses theres more a reason for him and pac to stay @ 135 with diaz and campbell.

given the situation in that and surrounding divisions i can see this fight happening if paulie gets by hatton...

if paulie gets past hatton he might have to beat JMM to tempt pacquiao.

It would be an interesting match up stylewise...

paulie the pure boxer v. marquez the supreme counterpuncher.

it would be a chess match to say the least.

i see JMM stopping paulie via TKO (no KO) in around the 11th round.

i could see paulie beating pacquiao before JMM because of the styles...JMM wouldnt give paulie much to work with while pacquaio is much more aggressive and would allow paulie to capitalize...

even then i see pacquaio beating paulie.

i think a win over hatton might be paulie's last big win.

It's a good way of one upping Pacquiao and enticing him into a third fight but I'm not sure if JMM would do well at 140. Malignaggi vs JMM would be a pretty boring fight IMO, boxer vs counter puncher, of course I said the same for JMM vs Casamayor and that turned out pretty well so I could be wrong.

What do you find entertaining. I like those type of fightz. You think a Pernell vs Mayweather would be boring? Well guess it depends...I'm into chess match

I meant boring for the casual fans, I find tactical fights interesting.

Was there ever a time when most boxing fans enjoyed a chess match?

I don't think so, no, although fights like Casamayor vs Marquez and Whitaker vs McGirt 1 had more fans liking them than not.

Paulie wants Pacquiao bad after this. If JMM wants any top Junior-welter then he needs to fight someone else first as opposed to a champ.

I oculd see a scenario where Hatton and Pacquiao lose and still fight each other. Would say DLH/Malignaggi but DLH turned it down before i believe. For Paulie, Pacquiao needs to win as he wants him, if Pacquiao loses, then i would JMM looks a real possibility then.
