Abraham is relatively unknown in the states other then his fight with miranda that most people probably even missed. Like the casual fan doesn't know who he is still. This shouldn't be ppv in the states, I personally think ppv is bull****. But besides that fact, if anything this should be ppv where ever he is known best. Not in the states where most people don't even know who he is yet. Funny he calls Pavlik out when people in the states barely know abraham yet the casual fan in the states do know who calzaghe is. Calzaghe is the man who came to the states to fight hopkins.

$25 isn't a lot of money to me, and it's a lot better to watch it on my 42" TV than a choppy internet stream.

Abraham is great to watch, a master boxer with power. The former US Olympian Marquez has a lot of courage and some excellent boxing skills too.

Licina is never boring, and Platov has a crowd-pleasing style too.

I agree it won't do well in North America because fans still don't know Abraham, but it is certainly worth the $25.

PPV shouldn't exist in the first place, were already paying for hbo and showtime and both those channels suck ass and only have them for boxing and nfl highlights

I had no idea it was PPV.
Abraham is one one of my favorite fighters though so I'll definitely buy it.

Unfortunately it has existed for 30 plus years( counting closed circuit tv back in the day) and all the big fights are usually on it save a few gems here and there.

If you count closed circuit it has existed for almost 50 years. PPV isn't going away. Wishing it would is just a waste of time.

It's an afternoon card, and it's cheap, so yes I'll be ordering, and then watching EliteXC on CBS later in the day, taping the HBO card...
