After Povetkin, who should Wladimir fight?

Wladimir Klitschko won't need to worry about any mandatories at least for the first half of 2009. He'll be able to fight anyone he wants.

Who should he fight? David Haye may be available, or he may want a second fight before facing Wlad. Nicolay Valuev may or may not be available, depending on the health of Ruslan Chagaev.

There are others like JC Gomez - he could have a shot at two titles instead of one. Or Wlad could fight someone like Dimitrenko.

Or if Peter defeats Vitali, he'd be the best choice as Wlad 's spring 2009 opponent.

Haye. but I wouldn't mind if both guys fought 1 more big fight before they met up cuz it would be good for boxing if their fight had more hype and buzz behind it.

      1. Peter (if Vitali pulls out)
      2. Valuev

The rest of the fights are meaningless. Oh, and on the side note, **** Haye, let him earn his shot.

Either Valuev or Haye, whoever is willing.

Valuev would be my first choice, because it would unify three titles. It's a fight I've been wanting to see for years.

If Peter beats Vitali, then Peter, it would be the most significant fight in the division, then Haye.

I agree with this too. this division badly needs a linear champ.

Chagaev and Valuev would both be good opponents for him. If hes sick of hearing David Haye's mouth that would be a good one too.
If Peter gets by Vitali hes the one that will get the shot, it would make too much sense.

If Peter defeats Vitali, then Wlad vs. Peter for the Ring and three world titles would be a HUGELY popular fight.

peter wont beat vitali, but if he did, peter.

haye needs 2 more fights i think at LEAST.

i say chagaev though, since he beat valuev, that way all this undisputed stuff can be put to rest.
