State Athletic Commission rules states that in the event of a knockdown, the opponent must go to the farthest neutral corner before the referee begins his count. If the fighter is fit to continue, then proper room must be given to both fighters before the fight continues.

David Mendoza didnt follow the proper actions of a ref last night. Mosley was right on top of him as soon as the ref backed away. That was pretty much a free left hook. I havent seen some bull**** like that since the 1920s.

That iam. I watch all boxing but im a fan of very few. However I didnt say anything to far gone, as in many others agree. Their is no doubt about the injustice of the knockdown situation. One Mayorga fight, might have made me lose status as a credible poster. But I didnt want to go in any other way than in full Mayorga fashion.

It doesnt matter, its the principle of it. Besides the ref didnt know that, even official one Judge had Mayorga up.
