What about boom boom mancini? He's better then Danza. Also replyin to that list of fighters, the contender is all about taking an unknown dude and making it so he get's on that list of fighters on top of the division. That's what the show is about, guy's who failed at their first shot or who have never gotten a shot goin at it and tryin to be put on that list of 15 fighters you just named. If one of these days they are on that list then great otherwise it's just a show for me that is entertaining.

The Tony Danza part is whack. Thats a fat load of bull****.

The list isnt the best they have come up with. But I like the fact that we got a Canadian in the mix.

Troy "The Boss" Ross is the best fighter there. I will love to see him steam rolle through all those fools.

This guy has been very good, for a long time but just had a HUGE issue finding fights.

Now that the finding fights is out of the way. Lets see him put those great skills on display.

The names are a somewhat disappointing - there's only about three decent ones there.

I was hoping for some better cruiserweights like Drozd, Hobson, Flores, Tokarev, Palacios, Rossito, etc.

And this is why The Contender sucks. Awful list. They should take some notes from that Ultimate Fighter show. The guys who go on from that show usally become very successful. I liked the first season of the Contender but since than its ******.

you will never find anyone from the contendar be a real success. Please don't say mora either. Boxing is a much more technical and superior sport than boxing. The reason you see people come off the street into the ultimate and go on to be world champs in mma is because it's easier to sucsceed in MMA than in boxing. there's no way in hell a guy is coming from the street going to the contendar and knocking out a floyd mayweather.
