He has a chance to clean out @ 154. What people ignore is that de la Hoya and Mosley are THE BEST OF THE BEST. That is the top! It does not go higher than that! Aside from Margarito, Mosley, Oscar, Cotto (possible), and Clottey, I think he beats just about everyone 147-154. Especially at 154. No way Judah beats Ricardo. El Matador would smoke him dead. It would not even be close. Shane would have had a much easier time with Zab than with Mayorga. Mayorga would stop Judah quicker than Cotto, but not as quick as Tszyu.

is he's a foul mouthed **** talker. for example saying he's going to detach Oscar's retina, smoking cigarettes (wow really cool) at press conferences, making dead mama jokes to Cory Spinks, calling Vargas fat, and being separated by plexi glass at a press conference .... I guess you can call it entertaining, but they all look like pathetic attempts at attention IMO.

I thought momma jokes went out of style, but making fun of someone's dead mother? Mayorga's creative, I'll give him that.

Mayorga actually is a good guy, most who have met him say they were pleasently surprised, I do understand u guys are tired of his antics so i can see y u dont like him, I'm just sayin that for a guy with his terrible technique and low skills he lasts surprisely long against the very best who you think would destroy him easily. Only Oscar finished him early and everyone thot shane would kill him within six no later then ten, no one thot (myself included) he'd go 11.99 rounds against a monster like shane

I'd love to see Baldomir win one more title for Argentina, I feel for them as I'm half Nicaraguan and were both in the same boat. We have one all time great champion (arguello, monzon) and two known but limited/always underdog champions (mayorga/baldomir) whereas other countries have champs by the boatload. Unfortunately, I dont want to see Baldomir succeed at the expense of Mayorga

If the tabels were turned and Mosley was KOed with one second left, I know their would be a rematch. Mosley gave Vargas a rematch, no reason he couldnt give Mayorga one.
