This will be a battle of Olympic Gold Medalists!....Wladimir Klitschko won olympic gold in 1996... Povetkin won the gold medal in 2004.

Agreed...Povetkin is a very good fighter

- Great amatuer career, Olympic Gold Medalist

- dominated and TKO'd Chris Byrd

- was very sick, but he still clearly beat Eddie Chambers

- he shutout Larry Donald (Donald was coming off a very close fight with The Giant Valuev)

Povetkin has accomplished a lot in only 16 pro fights


A KO/TKO win over Povetkin will look great on Wlad's resume.

Povetkin will get exposed and hopefully Eddie can get another crack at him after he get's TKO'd by Wlad. Wlad should get this one out of the way and then have that mandatory shot against a proven contender.
