He was already 147 at some of his previous fights at fight night, I don't see why he should be lighter now.

and on the weigh-in my guess is Pacquiao will be between 142-146...not too low not quite the limit tho...

That's about right. But I'm guessing Oscar will be coming in at around 155 lbs. on fight night. He's near the weight right now with 2 months to go so maybe he's thinking that he will need more speed in this fight.
