what ??? glass chin???? he was taking incredible shots in all of those fights and coming foward it was teh accumulation of shots not a single shot which would classify him as having a glass jaw

His defense sucks making him susceptible to flush bombs especially when he gets tired. Even when hit, other fighters tend to lessen the impact of big shots by rolling with them. He seems to get dropped by shots he wasn't ready or braced for... basically counters he didn't see coming when he's fully committed throwing his own combos.

Too bad for him. He was doing OK stinking up the fight with his best Ruiz impersonation but he still got caught in the last few seconds of the fight.

How can you say Mayorga has a glass chin after all those shots he recieved through the fight and was still fighting. On round 7 i think i don´t know how Mayorga was able to stay on his feet after all those power shots he ate from Mosley. Mayorga has a very good chin, not granite like Margarito or Andrade that are freaks xD, but still a very good one. If he had some defense i don´t think Trinidad, de la Hoya and Mosley would have Ko him, or at least it would have been much more difficult. At least Mosley wouldn't xD.

He doesn't have a glass jaw. He just takes so many shots flush. And he gets punched while hes in his motion of punching so theres a lot of leverage

I don't think he's anywhere near as bad as someone like Amir Khan but if he would have been fighting Margarito, Williams, Cotto, Berto or Clottey then I would expect it to be over before the half way stage.

Mayorga has a great chin, although it has been softned by all the KO's he has recieved.
He gets knocked out because he has no defense and is very open, not because of the quality of his chin.
