Paul Williams has beaten no-one at the weights mentioned, and would be well advised to concentrate on welter for the imediate future, because he may very well be the best fighter there. I could see him doing well at 154, though I do wonder how he would do against Santos, and I think he could be a more than credible MW in the future, though it would be hard for him to beat the best fighters there right now. If they move up though, then Williams could fill the gaps they leave behind.
