"Sugar" Shane Mosley is not going to sit around and wait for WBA welterweight champion Antonio Margarito. For weeks, Mosley has been calling out Margarito for a potential fight in early 2009. Margarito is scheduled to defend his title at the start of next year, and then heads off to a rematch with Miguel Cotto in June. [details]

Since he said Cotto and Margarito have plans, I think he is putting his money on there being a Cotto Margarito II before there would ever be a Mosley Margarito I.

Ok, I"m glad Mosley in his very own words said "he'll fight whatever big fight comes along" If we are to believe what Gossen and Paul Williams are saying then there's no question they'd want to sign a Paul Williams vs Shane Mosley fight....Heck Vernon Forrest is dying to get another big fight, but I doubt Mosley wants any part of that.....I truly believe, he and Oscar have already set it up whereby after Oscar takes care of Manny, they'll probably setup a a fight between each other......However a Hatton/Dela Hoya fight brings mega mega dollars if its held in Manchester....Question is what is Shane really looking for......When asked after the fight whether he'd consider facing Andre Berto, all he had to say was Berto reminded him of himself and fighting him would be like fighting a mirror image.........How knows what Shane will do next, I'm sure he wont get in the ring with Clotey or Williams, I bet you he signs up to fight Judah....and Shane needs to get his father outta his corner, the guy offers no sound boxing advice and he NEVER knows what round it is, It's embarassing!!!

From what I've read this mornin, SSM at this stage might get ****d by Marg, or Pwill. I hope he gets his vhance to prove me wrong tho cuz I always been a fan of Shane. But if Marg is gonna rematch Cotto (which I don't see why) in summer, then his January fight is probably gonna be a soft fight. If he's sleepin on Shane and picks him to be that guy, he could lose it. But whatever happens, if Pwill stays at 147 and Tony don't lose to anybody else, he better give Paul his rematch.
