Ok he just fought so what...His last fight b4 tonight was Nov 10th that's 10 months without a fight...He was pose to fight judah, but he needs to stay more active if he wants to continue fighting...That would be dumb to jump right into the ring with the top man at welterweight in margarito after a fight like that...I would love to see you do that cause you would get beaten badly...What i think mosley should do is go down to welterweight call out Mayweather to land his final megafight if he can't get him..Then fight cotto again in a rematch or target Margarito if that's what he wants, but we will see what happens...I know he wants to avenge the losses to wright and forrest also..

Aren't we all glad HBO pulled this from Pay-Per-View?
I'm glad that someone else here sees clearly. A good ending doesn't save an awful fight. Mayorga is garbage and Shane is clearly on the downslide.

I like to see alot of the old faces in this thread.

Good effort by mayorga but I already knew what the outcome would be.

Great fight. Shane didn't have no real strategy in this fight. First half Shane was just throwing Power punches in bursts. He wanted to show that he can trade with the bigger man and knock him out. After he tried that for the first 7 to 8 rounds, Mosley tired out and thats why he wasn't throwing that much for the next 3 rounds. Instead he was just walking foward and having Mayorga do all the clinching. Mosley could have easily out boxed Mayorga, but the fighter in Shane would never back down.

Shane at 37 still pretty good, but is past his prime. Can still beat most fighters out there, but time is running out.
Shane is a Warrior and will be remembered as one of the greats. Terrific finish. Shane dug deep within himself at the age of 37 and knocked out a guy that was much bigger than him. GO MOSLEY

wow, that should have been an easy knockout for mosely. he has really slipped. if it went to the cards mayorga could have won without too much controversy. mosley, please retire

with head bowed in shame, mayorga still has something left in him, his trademark trashtalk. he is a pefect example of a fighter who always do the talking but cannot deliver.

That fight was sloppy to me, even for Mosely who usually delivers a good boxing performance. But I am glad that it ended the way it did. The only reason Moseley took so long to KO Mayorga is because Mayaorga was way bigger and stronger than him, reason be he put on 12 pounds after the weigh-in. But at the end, I think both fighters are well past their prime and should think about bowing out. Especially Mayorga, I think we can all agree we are tired of seeing him mouth off and then get his ass knocked out.

Does Anyone Not Kill Shane When He Has To Go 12 Roundw Ith Margo.

Are u talking about the Cotto at age 37 he already had a competitive with. He may lose but in his prime he beats Cotto and probably Williams, and maybe Floyd. I think its easy to forget he has been fighting for a long time. Peace
