i found out this late that oscar is fast getting a clown. he sees pacquiao as a natural welterweight.
pacquiao first fought at 106lbs.
if delahoya cannot ko pacquiao, his legacy in boxing will go to the dogs.
and he will be enshrined in the boxing's "hall of shame".Comment

my problem with delahoya is, he wants to be remembered as a great champion, OK fine. But he challenges smaller big-name fighters to fight him, ( SSM, PBF, GATTI, PAC-MAN, ETC. all smaller than him) by flashing dollars in their face. conning them knowing they'll chase the cash!!! when there are PLENTY of quality fighters to match-up with him at his weight that will sell on PPV. a fight with TONY MARGARITO would be HUGE!!! But he would rather beat up on a fighter that has only fought at 135 one time in his carreer. If MARGARITO were to have signed a fight with PAC-MAN there would have been an internal investigation and the fight would of never been sanctioned. BUT delahoya?? As long as he's putting money in everyones pocket, it's OK!!!! Lets hope and pray that PAC-MAN doesn't get seriously hurt, cause THEN this abuse would really be STOPPED..AND THE COMMISSIONS, WBC,WBA, ETC.ETC. WOULD HAVE TO ANSWER TO THIS AND IF HE GETS BEAT? YOU AND ALL HIS FANS SHOULD REALIZE WHAT YOU'VE BEEN CHEERING FOR ALL ALONG!! SO YOUR QUESTION?? NO!!! I'M NOT "ANTI-DELAHOYA" I JUST DON'T LIKE THE ABUSE AND ADVANTAGE HE DEMANDS AGAINST LESSER OPPONANTSOscar was a great fighter. Now he's just great at picking who he fights. And I can't blame either guy, really, for participating. It'll be a huge payday for both, and the loss to Oscar for Manny won't mean **** on his record.
You seem a little anti-Oscar. Just a feeling I get, sorry if I'm misreading you.

First of all, I'm a boxing fan, not an Oscar fan. Secondly, I don't think Margarito / Pacman would've had too much trouble being sanctioned, but the fight never would've been made, simply because there isn't enough money in it. Pacman isn't foolish enough to accept a virtually guaranteed loss for under $500,000 (probably what he'd made against Margarito), but that same risk for $20,000,000+? I'm thinking yep. The average, casual fan may be fairly "boxing ******", but anybody who knows much about the sport will ignore the loss to Oscar on Pacman's record. And think about this: There's always the chance that Pacman could win a decision, or even take a late TKO win home on this fight. I'd sure take that one-in-a-million shot for the kind of money he's making. Hell, I'd go 20 rounds with Wlad Klitchko for that kind of money. In fact, I'd go 20 rounds with Wlad, and his badass brother at the same time for that dollar figure. I may be a whore, but I'm a very, very expensive whore, and I'm sure Pacman is thinking the same thing.my problem with delahoya is, he wants to be remembered as a great champion, OK fine. I think this won't happen because Pacman will be too fast for him. I will not be surprised if the Pacman knocks out ODLH. Just a thought.Oscar De La Hoya will not be satisfied by just beating WBC lighterweight champion Manny Pacquiao on December 6 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, he wants to get the knockout. De La Hoya views Pacquiao as a stepping stone to the dream of having a career ending fight at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, which holds over 100,000 fans. [details]

Oscar took a great body shot to the liver from Hopkins.I wonder why people can't get up from that kind of punch.
Are the nerves from the spinal cord supplying signals to the legs located in that region?

Maybe....Comment
