That wont be a problem. He will fight Thompson in December, IF he fights him at all. At this point his weight is ok but he sounds so damn brain damaged, i think he should not be fighting anymore. He cant be alright the way he speaks.

He is slurring his words a bit, he talked about it in the video, the interviewer says he doesn't hear any slurring but it's pretty evident that it's there. 260 is a bad weight for him, he has 2 months until December, he weighed in at 226 for his last fight, he needs to lose some of that poundage before that fight and I'm not sure if he can get down to 230 without feeling the effects.
