Cotto wil throw off Williams with movement. He wont be a still target. He will rip that body hard as well since he is tall as ****.. People on the board crack me up..
First they think PWill is great and Godlike, then he looses to Quintana and is dubbed over rated.. Then he KO's Quitana and Kolle and now hes the best again..

Mothafluckers hop on and off the bandwagon..
He's a good fighter but he is beatable ala Quintana
Yeah skill wise Cotto would have it on lock, but his reach is too short to be able to effectively box from the outside enough to win the fight. Even Quintana had to reach and leap out of position to land. Sometimes the physical difference can be too much.

      2) will cotto be highly determined to beat the man who beat him? (williams beating marg)

      3) how will williams perform, going back down to 147?

      4) will cotto be able to land body shots on williams, and cause damage to williams? something he was unable to do against marg?

      5) will cotto have a better chance if he goes back to his usual coming forward style, against williams, or have a better chance by outboxing williams?

      6) will williams' new commitment to power punching be able to hurt Cotto?

      7) the reach/height difference is pretty high, too.
      I got Williams by KO.

Cotto just can't see uppercuts..and those shots coming from a guy as tall and fast Paul would be too much for lil Cotto.

Paul is too much for him on the outside and inside.

What if Cotto tries to back up?

      He'll get bombed from long-range.

If he tries to fight on the inside..the uppercuts..Cotto's nemesis..will be coming from both sides.

      Williams by murderous KO.

If Cotto gets inside he has a better chance, but I am not sure whether or not he will be able to even get inside.
Williams is a natural MW and hit way harder than Cotto and Margarito as well.

Exactly...basically everything Margarito does...Williams does it better..and hes faster..longer....a southpaw..and he arguaby hits harder then Marg...he has the longer reach..the better jab....

Cotto and his team WILL NEVER FIGHT WILLIAMS.

Those punched Tony stopped him with weren't all that big.
I still think Williams is pretty easy to hit. Clottey and even Cintron would prove this, as they are closer to his size.

...............Yeah, so like I was saying I don't know whether or not Williams can punch as hard as Margarito or Cotto. He can punch, but I want to see him against a quality opponent.

Williams hasn't done enough to prove to me that he's all of a sudden this huge puncher. Even with back to back first round KO's.

Exactly, People are already comparing him to Hearns because he KO'd Kolle. I am not saying he isn't a big puncher, but Knocking out Kolle, doesn't mean your the next Tommy Hearns.

williams can knockout cotto, but clottey and Gamboa can beat him. Clottey can rip left hooks to the body while gamboa launches his roket right uppercut koing Williams in an epic fashion. Williams cant beat people his size so he has to pick on litle people.
