Hehe, that's the spirit 'pare I think if Williams fight the way he's been fighting lately then definitely Tony KO's his lanky ass. If Williams fights Tony like he did last time then I see another likely win for Williams, unless Tony somehow manages to pressure him from round 1 to 12 if he's not able to put his ass down earlier in the fight.

Tony started landing body shots against Cotto from round 1, while with Williams he couldn't find his rhythm and able to get to him due to Williams extremely high punch output and size. Big difference my friend, big difference.
